Thank you for inquiring about the rental of one of our theatrical spaces at Sleuths Mystery Dinner Shows.

Sleuths Mystery Dinner Shows is located at 8267 International Drive
(in the plaza beside Ripley’s Believe It or Not).

We offer nightly comedy mysteries where our guests become the detective and solve the crime while enjoying a delicious dinner, dessert and unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks.

But that’s not all…Sleuths Mystery Dinner Shows is home to five distinct meeting locations. Each with its own ambiance and amenities to consider:

The Miss Marple Theatre – All red perfect for either cabaret or small meeting and theatrical presentations (private space)

• Seating: 75 guests (nine round tables and four elevated booths)
• Stage Size: 5 ½’ x 25’ (not quite a rectangle – 4” high)
• Backstage: not private – visible to public
• Greenroom: shared space (multiple shows share same space)
• A/V: One handheld wireless microphone, cd player, and tech booth.
• Lighting: Stage and track lights (all white)

The Dr. Watson Theatre – Purple and green with a castle motif (private space)

• Seating: 225 guests (31 round tables)
• Stage Size: 12’ x 21’ (Quarter circle thrust – 2’ high – backstage steps)
• Backstage: private but shared space with other shows
• Greenroom: shared space (multiple shows share same space)
• A/V: Ceiling microphones, one handheld wireless microphone, cd player, and tech booth with the ability to watch and record performance.
• Lighting: Stage and track lights (all white)

The Sherlock Theatre – Gold and green with art museum feel(private space)

• Seating: 250 guests (30 round tables)
• Stage Size: 9’ x 25’ (rectangle - 2’ high - side steps into audience)
• Backstage: private but shared space with other shows
• Greenroom: shared space (multiple shows share same space)
• A/V: Ceiling microphones, one handheld wireless microphone, cd player, and tech booth with the ability to watch and record performance.
• Lighting: Stage and track lights (all white)

Garden Room – Spring green and purple, great for cabaret performance, meetings and receptions (private)

• Seating: 50 – 85 (available with chairs only or tables and chairs)
• Stage: none – there is an elevated area that is 4’ X 15’ with a iron railing and steps in center.
• Backstage: not private – visible to public
• Greenroom: shared space (multiple shows share same space)
• A/V: cd player, one handheld microphone with inhouse speakers and pull down projection screen
• Lighting: house lighting only
• Special Note: This space has doors and windows that allow natural lighting, as well as it connects to the outside patio. There is an upright piano that is available for use.

Black Box Theatre – black and red, ideal for meetings, intimate performances and receptions (semi-private space)

• Seating: 34 (available with chairs only or tables and chairs)
• Stage: none
• Backstage: not private – visible to public
• Greenroom: shared space (multiple shows share same space)
• A/V: none
• Lighting: house lighting only
• Special Note: There are shades on the windows but some natural light does enter room and there is an upright piano in the room that is available for use.

Rental Rates:

We offer a variety of pricing depending on how the space will be utilized:

• $250 for meetings up to 2 hours
• $400 for meetings up to 4 hours
• $1000 for meetings up to 8 hours
• Sleuths will require a $200 deposit that will be refunded at the end of the event if the space is left in the same condition.
• The rental rates are reduced by 25 percent for client’s providing one meal and 50% for clients providing two meals during the meeting.

If you would like to offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks or drinks to your attendees…we can do that as well! We have a full kitchen that can supply simple appetizers to full meals. Make it something really special and follow your meeting with a comedy mystery show and dinner!

We offer special pricing for meetings that are utilizing our food and beverage service or who are attending a show. In addition, we sodas, beer, wine and/or a full bar. If you would like to discuss these options, please contact Donna in our sales department at 407-363-1985.
